Welcome to Driftwood Cottage. This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhome is only two blocks from the beach! It is ideal for families or seniors wanting a quiet weekend away.
The main living area is bright and welcoming with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 6, huge sectional couch and in unit washer / dryer. The main floor also boasts a private patio where there are owner provided beach chairs. There is a cabinet full of games, perfect for those family game nights.
Upstairs you will find a primary bedroom with a king bed, ceiling fan, plenty of storage, a Roku TV and private balcony perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.
The second bedroom has two bunk beds, each boasting a double and a twin! That's a total of 4 beds for the kids to spread out. This room also contains a wall mounted TV.
The unit is equipped with central air, high speed Wi-Fi, YouTube TV (120 live TV channels), one assigned parking spot and plenty of visitor parking.
The community provides plenty of green space, a community pool, tennis courts and a quick 4 minute walk to the beach.
We allow one small (under 25 pounds) dog, based on owner approval. Pets brought on property without approval will be subject to a $500 penalty.

Summary: The house was cute and clean! They provided a good deal more in the house than others, to make sure you have a nice stay, and the beds and pillows were so comfy. Great space for a family! Mine were only worried about that distance from the beach but ended up being such and easy straight shot, and the proximity to the state park was perfect!
