Enjoy a fun filled weekend climaxing with the annual Newport Lighted Boat Parade. Bring your personal boat, decorate it with lights and be part of the lighted parade. Watch recreational vessels come and go from the marina, commercial fishing vessels going out to sea, listen to the barking sea lions, people and bird watch. All from the comfort of our condo and balcony.
We are a short walk to the Historic Bay Front with souvenir shops, locally owned premier restaurants and pubs.

Our condo is equipped with many kitchen appliances you need to whip up a delicious homemade meal. The living area is light filled during the day and has the lights of South Beach reflecting on the water in the evening. We are your perfect home away from home.
Our friendly on-site management is available for check in, answer questions, help if a problem arises and directs you to our unit.
There is underground parking spots located near the elevator and additional outside off street parking.
