Enjoy the luxurious tile, granite counters and gas stove. Bicycles are provided for your enjoyment. The included boathouse can accommodate up to a 34 ft boat! The beautiful balcony overlooks the brand new marina in Carnegie bay, and comes equipped with a Weber grill and two zero gravity chairs to relax. Elevator on site.
