The house has amazing water views of a canal with ocean access. It has been thoughtfully equipped to be your vacation home and offer relaxation and fun. a happy place to build beautiful memories.

Completely private and large backyard with heated pool surrounded by beauty, dining area, BBQ gas grill, 35-ft reinforced dock for boats, but no more than 6 ft high to navigate thru bridges.

Master has high ceiling and floor to wall windows to see canal and manatees, queen bed, flat screen TV
2nd bedroom has ensuite bathroom, queen bed, flat screen TV
3rd and 4th bedrooms: 1 queen and 1 twin in each bedroom.
Living area offers plenty of space with natural light. Family room has 55-in flat screen TVs with streaming access in case you want to end the night with a movie.
Fully equipped kitchen. Dining room for 8 persons. Another living room adjacent to dining room.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this rental. The back yard pool and dock on the canal were so relaxing, a beautiful oasis. It was so nice to have use of the two kayaks with life preservers available for the whole family. We discovered a little bar a short kayak ride away Which was a fun surprise! House was located in a quiet lovely neighborhood nestled in the busy Ft. Lauderdale area. So close to the beach and every amenity you could need! Target, Publix and liquor store 3 minutes away. The house was clean and has a beautiful master bedroom. Pool was heated and great but does not have a hot tub. It was very nice that beach towels and chairs were available, as well as a pretty well equipped kitchen and all linens provided that were nice and comfy. Just could use a baking sheet in the kitchen and to fix the back queen bed slat, those were our only complaints. Overall loved this property and would definitely rent again. Maria was super responsive and a pleasure!
