Live in Paradise surrounded by serene waters of Tampa Bay. Relax or get involved as much as you like. This community has lots to do, yacht clubs on site has many events, mikes of walking, kayaking & tennis, volley ball, shuffle board, miles of walking. The complex has a two story yacht club, bar, balcony and patio seating, spa and heated pool. Long day dock and fishing pier. Lots of fun activities monthly. The on site office and public laundry also has a pool. Volley Ball, tennis courts, basket ball court, pickle ball, shuffle board and a doggy run. 3 miles of walking around and through the canals and open water. There is a pond with hammocks, gorgeous water fowl and did I mention manatees, dolphins and birds to add to your enjoyment. Golf courses near by, marinas and boat ramps too. Not far from the Gulf Beaches maybe a 10 min drive, the renowned Ft Desoto is 20 mins away. GulfPort is a sweet little community on the bayou lots of shops and food, dancing at the casino. Downtown St Pete less than 4 miles with all the bistros, nite clubs, five museums and 3 live theaters, The Florida Orchestra, Operas, and Tampa and the Airports are 20-30 minute drives. I-275 makes it easy to get to Sarasota, (POLO even) or north to I-4 or I 75. There are many colleges and adult learning possibilities... Major league teams, kid and cubs, bike clubs and more not much you need that you could not find in this little area of Paradise. All utilities are included. $225 cleaning fee, $250 per pet fee. passport, if available assoc fee $100 paid directly to association. Over 6 mos no resort tax. Auto info: if your driving here: make/model-color -year. Tag number and state. Copy if registration. If renting an auto, to register vehicle provide info at on site Mgmt office.
Once I have the information I will prepare the forms for our office as well as for the association. These forms are: reservation form, an ASSOC addendum, rules and regs, contact info sheet, pet forms where applicable.check breeds on rules amd regs
Once you receive your reservation filled out for direct reservations: you will Send ASAP a DEPOSIT of 50% if directly through us to hold the unit, Full payment if less than 90 days to occupancy.
Everyone: Send The Association check made out to the appropriate association. You should write the check made out to the association with unit number in the memo section.
For Waterside South your passport is good instead of the back ground check,
