This beautiful 3 bed 2 bath home includes an indoor fireplace, 60" smart TV with high-speed streaming services, pool/ping pong table. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee & espresso station. Master suite with makeup vanity & workstation. One guest bedroom with a full bed & the other with 2 twin beds.
The Space:
Doorbell camera is the only camera on the property provided for your safety and security.
**We clean our homes using the strict CDC guidelines and requirements to keep you and your guests safe. ** Home is sanitized and disinfected after every guest.
As you enter this large open concept home, you will find a spacious Livingroom, dining room and kitchen area with large sliding doors with direct access to a large design fully fenced backyard with beautiful trees and water fountain. The yard also includes a 5-burner stainless steel performance BBQ, hot tub, Bohemian style boat lounge to sit at night under the stars, wicker set, lounge chairs with umbrella and large 8-person outdoor table.
Inside the home you will find a 60" smart TV with high speed 300mbs Wi-Fi internet. Streaming services including, Peacock Premium, Netflix, Hulu, and Disney Plus. Enjoy a family movie night in with style.
Enjoy making family meals in a Fully equipped kitchen which includes dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and water/icemaker, stove/oven, microwave, range top extractor, coffee maker, espresso maker, blender and toaster.
The master suite features a queen size bed, private bathroom with a completely nseparate makeup vanity with special lighting for makeup, large tub with double head shower, large walk-in closet and has direct access through a large double glass sliding door to our beautiful, landscaped backyard.
On the other side of the home, you have 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 twin beds and a cabana style bathroom equipped with tub and double shower heads with direct access to the backyard.

Laundry room inside of house including iron and iron board.
For your convenience, find a full air mattress, pillows and linens in the master's walk-in closet.
Extra pillows can be found in the closet of each room.

Check in:
1. Self-check in with access code. Code will be provided prior to your check in time. Check in time is 4PM.
2. Please confirm at what time you will be arriving to your host as your host arrange a check in visit, message or call.
House Rules:
1. No parties/events, drugs or excessive loud noises between the hours of 7 AM and 11PM as per Miami Dade County city ordinance. If you're found conduction a party, you might forfeit your stay and you deposit will not be refunded.
2. Do not smoke inside. Help us protect people with health allergies, any ash or smoke smell found inside by cleaners may result in a $200 fine.
Smoking permitted in backyard and outside areas; ashtrays provided please do not throw buds on the ground, thank you.
3. Do not park on the grass. No pets allowed.
4. Any missing or broken items will be deducted from the deposit of the registered. Only registered guests are allowed overnight.
- Responsibilities: This unit is privatelyn owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
**By accepting this booking guests understand and agree that they are guests and not tenants and have no tenancy rights to the property. If any persons overstay, they, will be escorted out by the sheriff. **
Check out instructions:
1. Check out time is 11AM. Unauthorized delays may result in additional charges.
2. Remove all food from refrigerator and place all trash in the bins located in front of home.
3. Please make sure all lights are off and windows/doors are locked.
4. Please make sure hot tub cover is re-installed.
5. Attention, for safety purposes please make sure BBQ grill propane gas is off and re-cover grill.
