Betwixt river and beach, tranquility abounds in this quiet corner community, such that the winds whisper with the clarity of chamber music.
Approximately 20 miles East will bring you to the beaches, 30 miles Southeast will bring you to St Augustine and about 20 miles Northeast or Northwest will bring you to the Mayo Clinic or NAS Jax respectively. Within a 2 mile radius you can find many restaurants to choose from for a nice lunch or night out. In the same vicinity, there are shopping centers, a Fresh Market grocery store, ice cream parlor to cure your late night sweet tooth, and also the Cinemark Movie Theater with luxury lounger seating.
You will have access to the entire home, pool, and grounds.

Whatever may bring you to the neighborhood, this charming Tuscan-inspired home, lovingly embellished with travertine marble flooring and luxe studio industry fixtures and furnishes, is a perfect place to stay, centrally located between Jacksonville and St Augustine. We have 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so everyone will have plenty of privacy.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with spa tub. Bedroom 2 is likewise furnished with a king size bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed, and Bedrooms 4&5 are perfect for your little ones or friends/family furnished with 2 twin size beds each. Along with the queen size pull out sleeper sofa in the living room and bonus office/bedroom. All bedrooms, including the living room, are equipped with ceiling fans.
The paradise living room has a 65" smart TV. You may log into you're own Netflix, Hulu, or other streaming services. The kitchen opens up to the dining area and living room area with full view of the TV over looking the breakfast bar. In the gourmet kitchen, you'll find sleek stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and cabinets stocked with an abundance of all the dishes, cookware, and utensils you could need, as well as a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and blender.
Enjoy the Florida weather from the marble floor lanai breezeway, that offers outdoor dining and shade from the sunny pool courtyard.
Our upscale amenities include a full chef's kitchen, fast WiFi, a washer/dryer, A/C, heat and indoor fire place. This home is located at the end of the cul-de-sac, with a private pool and lanai breezeway.

Though we aim to maintain the heated pools (check listing page to confirm if this listing includes a heated or unheated pool) at 80°F (for ambient temperatures above 60°F), please note that we can not guarantee pool temperatures; a heated pool does not imply that the pool will feel hot to touch, as weather and subjective perception vary. Likewise, the spa (if offered at this listing) is typically inoperable during freezing temperatures. Should you require any further assistance with the pool or its operation, feel free to message me.
Please DO NOT remove any pool monitoring or cleaning devices from the pool (moving it to one side of the pool underwater out of the way is ok), as it will malfunction outside of water; the replacement cost is roughly $600 for a new unit...
NOTE that the pool heater runs during pool pump periods on a preset timer; as per our pool manager's recommendation, we do not run the pump continuously>>
