Attractive renovated farmhouse with 2 self-contained units. The first floor and 1st floor total 140 m², including 4 bedrooms for up to 8 people, with 5 beds and central heating. There is free private parking for 5 to 7 cars in front of the house, which has a large 450m2 garden equipped with a barbecue, a table with 2 benches, a duo swing, garden furniture with cushions and a compost bin.
This rental is the "Maison de l'inventeur des Grottes de Vallorbe", discovered in 1964 by Christian Giurumello, known as "Mello", a native of Geneva who became "Combier" (the name of the valley's inhabitants) until his death in the summer of 2020.
His beautiful large family farmhouse, which he has completely transformed since acquiring it in 1972 and which has just been renovated from 2022-2023-2024.
