Summary: House was fine -kitchen well equipped- But heat pump to heat the pool didn’t work We’ve had cold front from east (their excuse) but heat pump should of work anyway -we couldn’t use a pool -too cold heater couldn’t heat a SPA -neither Heat pump didn’t work even in 70F-78F temp weather No technician coming by to check the problems just saleswoman If you think you’ll have a heated pool and spa in winter at this house -I doubt it -NO WAY AND no discount no apology nothing I will never use this house in winter again just because of heated pool & spa didn’t work 5th time in Florida -and our rental properties always had working heated spa and pool Their excuse was weather and telling me that heat pump is fairly new -so they told me nothing wrong with the pump- Watch out in winter -it had ruined my vacation I wasted my money Very unsatisfied
