Positive: It was very spacious. Plenty of room for our Christmas decorations. The rooms were nice sizes and spread out through the house. We were all together yet had privacy. We made last minute plans and we're still able to be accommodated and handled pleasantly
Negative: One of the bathrooms had a leak after the 2nd day. It didn't cause a major problem though. It was reported.
