Please be aware that our building is undergoing a concrete restoration project. While the work should not significantly impact your stay in the unit, you may see construction equipment on-site and hear construction noise during weekday daylight hours. In light of this, the nightly rate for the unit has been discounted.
Please note that the following conditions will be in effect during this time:
(1) The pool will be closed until construction is completed.
(2) Beach access is currently closed. To access the beach, you will need to walk approximately 100 yards south to the public access at Seagull Park.
(3) The hallway leading to the lobby, game room, card room, and public restrooms will be closed until the remodel is completed.

▶The minimum age for check-in is 18.
▶This apartment is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your check out).
▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.
▶ No animals are allowed.
▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
▶ No smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $250 fee and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.
▶ You can park in the open parking lot except where reserved. Please note that carts are not NOT PERMITTED
in the parking lot. Only one car can be parked there.
▶ Please note that it's turtle season and the blinds must be closed at dusk. All visible lights whether it be
inside or outside the condo have to be turned off or blinds have to be closed as to not confuse the turtles.
》We want to deliver the most efficient and simple check-in/check-out experience we can. Before you arrive, we will send you instructions on how to access the house. We are available 24/7 to answer any questions and ensure you have a fantastic stay!
Other Things to Note:
▶The building is currently undergoing renovation. This means that there may be some construction noise and dust. This will only occur during daytime hours on weekdays. Access to the balcony may not be available during certain periods during the renovation. Prices reflect construction.
We are aware of the inconvenience caused by this project and apologize in advance.
▶BUILDING IS OPEN WITH A CONDITION - NO ONE CAN GO IN THE BACK FOR ANY REASON.
▶NO ONE CAN BE ON THE BACK STAIRWELL UNLESS THERE IS A FIRE.
Code Enforcement cleared the building, but no one is allowed out back, for any reason unless there is a fire. If there is a fire there is a walkway built to the North Gate.
▶YOU MIGHT NEED TO TURN YOUR AC OFF AND THEN BACK ON.
The 3 phase electricity was off, and if your unit has water we opened the windows until the AC was back up.
▶BOTH GARAGES WILL REMAIN CLOSED. There is very little parking from Paul Davis Restoration and contractors. You might need to unload at the front doors then park across the street.
