Direct OCEANFRONT condo on 2nd floor. Balcony is just 30 feet from the seawall with the ocean on the other side! No screens on the balcony to block your view or picture taking.
PLEASE NOTE: NO SWIMMING POOL is available at this time; HOWEVER, our direct oceanfront 2nd floor location more than makes up for it. Please look at the pictures.
This unit is on the 2nd floor, and once you step out of the unit into the hallway, you are right beside the door to the stairwell that takes you down one flight of stairs, thru the door at the end of the stairwell you are 8-10 steps from the stairs to the beach.
1) Due to prior hurricane damage, a Swimming Pool is not available until further notice. However, a new Seawall has been built around the whole ocean side of the property, and newly built stairs to the beach, so direct beach access is just steps away from the building, and this unit is right beside the stairwell on the 2nd floor, with (1) flight of stairs to go up/down to the outside, then just a few steps to the beach stairs.
This condo unit is in the closest building to the ocean in the area, just minutes south of Cocoa Beach. Beautiful sunrises while drinking your morning coffee and/or mimosas on the open (no screens) balcony, directly on the ocean. Also, a great place to view rocket launches from the Kennedy Space Center. Miles of sandy beaches north and south of the condo to sunbathe, walk, exercise and play on.

Large living room with 360 ocean views due to full wall mirror, double north facing windows and 3-panel east/ocean facing patio door. Full kitchen with any appliance you could want: full-size refrigerator/freezer, electric four-burner cooktop, wall oven, double sink, dishwasher, garbage disposal, over-the-range microwave, duo drip/pod Cuisinart coffee maker, blender, air fryer, Instant Pot, pots, pans, baking sheets and casseroles , cooking utensils, full set silverware, place settings, beverage/coffee/wine cups, etc. Kitchen also has great ocean views, not a dark cramped small room, due to the full living room mirror wall and removal of some of the original walls separating it from the living room.
Shopping just minutes away. Many restaurants and activities nearby and north at Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, and south at Indialantic and Melbourne Beach. Orlando airport 50 minute drive, Disney 70 minute drive.
