Recently renovated with new kitchen and bath, and an adjacent guest house with its own recently renovated bathroom. And a loft with two twin beds for the kids. Wraparound deck, two docks, and 150 feet of waterfront. The main dock is shaded all summer with gently wide stairs to the swim area. The second dock is set up for you to bring your own boat and tie up to the cleats there. Paddle boards, float tubes, and kayaks to enjoy the crystal clear river. There's even a crystal clear spring (now dubbed Otter Spring) 25 yards from the main dock. Especially wide part of the river creates a more relaxing setting, with daily visits by the local otters. Riverside fire pit is the perfect set up for cool evenings. Add the proximity to places like the World Equestrian Center (WEC), Crystal River, Homossassa, and the Withlacoochee River, University of Florida, mountain and paved biking trails. This can be both a relaxing place to stay and the center for many activities.
