Get away with the whole family, or vacation with your friends. Drive minutes to stunning Florida’s Gulf beaches or simply wade along the coastline waiting for dolphins to pop out of the water in the morning hours. Tee off some balls at 5 surrounding golf courses.
The house has an open floor concept that seamlessly combines the newly-remodeled kitchen with the living room and features high ceilings which provides lots of natural light and air flow.
The living room has white leather couches including a 3-seat leather sofa, a love seat, and a chair for you to watch your favorite shows and movies on a large flat screen HDTV. The big comfy leather chair is perfect to snuggle in with a great book.
If you are a cook, we have a perfect kitchen for you! Fully renovated kitchen including stainless-steel appliances is stocked with all the cookware and utensils you'll need to make a hearty and delicious meal for you and your loved ones.
The property has a split bedroom design with 2 bedrooms located on the opposite side of the master bedroom providing privacy.
Spacious master bedroom features a king size bed with a new mattress and bedding, large closet space, as well as a private in-suite bathroom. Sliding doors lead directly to the screened lanai and pool.
On the other side of the house, sunny 2nd bedroom offers a queen size bed with a new mattress and bedding, as well as closet space. Adjacent to it, the 3rd bedroom offers queen bed with new mattress and closet space. Extra blow-up matters available upon request to accommodate additional guests.
The 2nd bathroom has a tub/shower combo which offers convenient entrance to the lanai and pool. This feature provides a safe and useful access to shower off, eliminating pool water throughout the house.
Washer and dryer are located in the garage. Startup laundry detergent is provided for your convenience.
For fun in the sun there are beach chairs, sun umbrella, boogie boards, and a cooler located in the garage.
A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, dish soap, and trash bags is provided. It should be enough for 2-3 days. If you plan on staying for an extended period of time, additional items can be purchased from nearby stores.

Car parking is conveniently located out front in the driveway. No trailers or boats are allowed to be parked on the driveway or in front of the property.
The cherry on the cake is the location of our home. It is in an ideal neighborhood for taking walks, jogs, or bike rides. The Rotonda Community Park and Preserve is perfect for that. It is also just 15 minutes' drive from the stunning beach of Manasota Key and Stump Pass Beach State Park. Boca Grande Island is a fine destination close by. You can also find first-class salt-water fishing and water sports facilities all within reach. And as if that wasn't enough, there are 8 public golf courses within 4 miles.
