After years and years of study, we have come up with an all natural, eco friendly solution to common insects at the beach. We now have a new addition to our private beach paradise, a family of resident, Purple Martin’s to take care of all those pesky insects!
Free Wi-Fi! The Cottage has cold A/C and is heated during colder months. Enjoy surf fishing. Bring your own boat, jet skis, kayak, or Jon boat and beach chairs. Free Wi-Fi!

Summary: Our family absolutely loves Prime Hook Beach and have stayed in another home down there multiple times. This was our first time at this house and we LOVED IT. It’s perfectly located, just steps down to the water. There was plenty of space with three comfy rooms (with very tall beds!) and a huge dining/living room area. The big fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. The kitchen was stocked with mostly everything you could need for a stay. We didn’t see a coffee maker or coffee grinder but were thankful for the Keurig machine and pods. There were plenty of sheets, pillows, blankets, and towels and we brought some of our own along as well. We cannot comment on the second bathroom, washer, dryer, and grill as they were not available for our stay. The only thing that worried us was the front door could be opened from the inside by our toddler even when it was locked but the solution was simply to lock the two doors inside the kitchen at night to prevent her wandering out into the dining area alone in the morning.
