The 1200+ square feet of sun deck and screened porch overlook the water and our direct beach access. Bordered by the world-renowned Prime Hook Wildlife Reserve, this house offers spectacular waterfront sunrises and sunsets. The cozy town of Milton—with a grocery store and several restaurants—is only 10 minutes away, with Lewes and Rehoboth Beach within a 20-minute drive. Summary: This is the second time we've stayed at this wonderful property. It's a perfect fit for our family because the living space is all on one floor. The kitchen is well stocked, the views are amazing, it's just steps from the beach. The community 4th of July parade is neighborly and charming complete with a ice cream ending. The hosts are also very easy to communicate with and respond quickly to any questions.
