PARKING RULES
MAXIMUM 2 CARS parking is allowed per house. Remember if you do not follow HOA parking rules you may have your car towed in and it’s 100% outside our control.
WE do not call to town in company, the HOA does it.
TO HEAT the pool and/or jacuzzi(when available) $35.00 per day minimum 3 days. Exception only for 2 nights stay: $75.00. 13.5% tax will be applied.
BBQ $80.00 per stay - Includes:
One propane refill as needed ( you may refill by self and get reimbursed or we delivery a full propane tank in up 2 hours).
The grill cleaning after your check out.
Come stay in our spacious one story single family home that features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms fully kitchen and a private heated pool(*).
Our home is very well located in Lake Berkley Resort with short walking distance to the lake berkley, where you may walking or fishing. There are also community heated pool, gym, volley court, basketball tennis court and kids playground.
The living room is spacious with a 5 seats sofa and loveseat to relax and enjoy the 60 inch SMART TV. This area opens to the partially covered and fully screened lanai and pool area. Lounge chairs to enjoy the Florida sun.
Dining table seats 8. If you feel like cooking the beautiful fully kitchen appliances is ready for you. All of this is designed to be open and family ready.
