The Space:
Espectacular apartamento Triplex de lujo con terraza privada con jacuzzi (sin agua caliente). Es el único edificio de estas características en todo el centro histórico. El apartamento tiene 119 metros cuadrados y consta de tres plantas. En la primera planta se encuentra la sala con la cocina tipo americano un baño completo. En la segunda planta, dos dormitorio en suite con baño. En la tercera planta, una terraza privada con jacuzzi.. Esta a una cuadra del mar, y a otra cuadra de la zona rosa, por lo que esta en el centro de todo, pero con absoluta tranquilidad y sin ningún ruido. El apartamento tiene 2 equipos de Aire Acondicionado (en cada uno de los dos dormitorios), internet de alta velocidad, dos TV 32" HD y Smart TV. La cocina esta dotada de todos los implementos necesarios para cocinar. Desde la terraza, con una espectacular vista frontal al mar, al igual que hay espacio suficiente para tomar el sol, y refrescarse en el jacuzzi. Es muy luminoso, ya que todas las estancias son exteriores con grandes ventanales. En cuanto al proceso de check in, de debe pagar en recepción las manillas de identificación, las cuales tienen un coste de $25.000 por persona.
