El apartamento dispone de 64 metros cuadrados, divididos en una sala con cocina, 2 habitaciones con baño, y un pequeño balcón. Los acabados son del alta calidad, y está completamente dotado. Decorado con mucho detalle, cuanta con un internet de alta velocidad y Smart TV42". Tiene mucha luz de mañana, y es muy agradable. El edificio tiene 2 piscinas en la ultima planta con hermosas vistas del mar y del centro histórico
The Space:
Apartamento muy luminoso ubicado en la segunda planta de un edificio nuevo de estrato 6 en pleno centro histórico de Santa Marta. Es el único edificio de estas características en todo el centro histórico. El apartamento consta de sala con la cocina tipo americano y dos dormitorios con baño completo. Una pequeña terraza, mirando al precios patio del edificio. Todas las estancias tienen grandes ventanales que reciben sol de mañana por lo que es muy luminoso. Esta a una cuadra del mar, y a otra cuadra de la zona rosa, por lo que esta en el centro de todo, pero con absoluta tranquilidad. Tiene Aire Acondicionado en las dos habitaciones, TV 42" Smart Ultra HD, , además de poder disfrutar de todas las ventajas de un Smart TV e internet de alta velocidad. La cocina está equipa, además de los electrodomésticos básicos, con microondas, cafetera y licuadora.
El edificio tiene 4 piscinas. Dos ubicadas en la última planta, donde se puede contemplar todo el centro histórico, con vistas privilegiadas de la catedral de Santa Marta, y dos ubicadas en el patio central. Igualmente consta de baño turco (pago adicional).En cuanto al proceso de check in, de debe pagar en recepción las manillas de identificación, las cuales tienen un coste de $20.000 por persona.

Getting Around:
El apartamento esta ubicado en pleno centro histórico, donde no es necesario el coche para llegar a todos los restaurantes,la playa, sitios de interés, discotecas, etc. Todo esta en un entorno de 3/4 minutos andando. El centro histórico es muy seguro y se puede pasear, tanto de día como de noche, sin ningún problema. El edificio no cuenta con parking, pero justo delante hay uno publico, en el que se puede dejar el coche
