Summary: 1. It was impossible to sleep since there were no room darkening shades abd drapes in bedrooms. Light so bright its like a football field. I put tinfoil on windows. 2. No end tables and reading lamps at ends of couch or in masterbdr on each side of bed. 3. No coffee table or small ottomans by couch in LR. 4. One potholder. 5. Roots from trees in parking lot makes it hazardous. 6. Road noise level and air conditioner noise make it impossible to relax on lanai. 7. Zero privacy if you leave blinds up and/or up for light since front is on parking lot side is walkway with people coming and going and other bedroom is at entryway.
