Positive: The room size was good, kitchen is big with big fridge. The room is clean and bathroom is clean too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Especially the valet guy, he was the most cheerful and helpful in the entire hotel.
Negative: I didn't like the fact that sitting area by the sea regulation is very strict!! No food or drink except from the cafeteria which is very annoying and left the area with hardly anyone sitting there!! Families, especially with kids, bring their own food and love to feel comfortable and home when they go to hotels!! This restriction was very annoying to everyone, we didn't enjoy sitting there at all. The guy responsible for the cafeteria or "restaurant" (as they call it) was the RUDEST person ever!!! You're not allowed to have your own umbrella and chairs by the beach, they're having a very small sign placed somewhere that no one can see, so when you get your stuff on the beach that RUDE person will come and ask you for money or ask you to LEAVE!! can you imagine!!! That guy really ruined our experience and enjoyment with the hotel!! Because of him we will never book in that hotel again!!
