Positive: It is a beautiful, historic property. The owners are restoring the buildings and currently have 2 apartments available. There are several buildings almost restored such the saloon and the theatre. It is rustic, but with all the modern comforts. The natural environment is amazing, so quiet. At night the sky is so awesome as there is little light pollution. It is so quiet you can thee cattle wing in the distance.
Negative: Cannot think of a thing. Just be aware that are you are 30 away from grocery, gas, and restaurant.
Summary: Wonderful, relaxing, experience on a historic ranch
