This 1BR/1BA adobe casita in Albuquerque's historic Old Town neighborhood is a 3-minute stroll to Plaza Vieja, restaurants, museums, galleries, shops, and an 8 -mintue walk to the SAWMILL DISTRICT. Often described by guests as a home away from home, La Perla is the quintessential New Mexico experience with modern conveniences. The casita sleeps 2 adults with a NEW KING BED. Enjoy the lovely courtyard during the warm weather months. Sip a glass of New Mexico wine while relaxing in front of the living room's inviting gas kiva fireplace in the winter. The bedroom has a courtyard entrance, KING-sized pilow matress, closet, and technology friendly night stands. The Bathroom is small and the shower is standing room only but efficient and plenty of hot water. The kitchen has a full coffee-bar microwave, lovely gas oven with stainless steel cookware, an XL largewasher/dryer, and a european dishwasher. (small but very efficient). The Living Room has a lovely dining table, a comfortable couch with down pillows, a desk with storage; encrypted WIFI, and a 50" inch Vizio Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Paramount, and Apple applications.
