NEW 10' wide county-owned beach path DIRECTLY due south from Sandtrap to the beach, located in between homes! This is an additional quicker beach access option. There is also the beach accesses at the end of the streets where the boardwalks are.
Welcome to "Sandtrap", a newly renovated small & comfortable beach place only a short walk to both the beach boardwalk and the county owned bay front park, (Regatta Park). Sandtrap offers privacy and seclusion on a quiet street only 150 yards to the beach!
Spacious 2nd floor accommodations along with a sundeck provides added enjoyment to your island experience. The first floor has a covered porch which is perfect for grilling and enjoying meals!
Our fresh and fully stocked kitchen offers all the amenities of home that would delight a gourmet cook. We're pleased to offer a variety of spices for your cooking enjoyment. The dining table seats 4 in a open floor plan. Y
We provide a park style charcoal grill, and a fish cleaning sink & table located downstairs. The washer and dryer are conveniently located upstairs adjoining the kitchen!
NEW AMENITY: 4 seat Club Car gas-powered GOLF CART with an additional space for a cooler is available for a minimum of 3 nights at an additional charge of $75 per night. In your VRBO inquiry or VRBO communication, please let us know if you'd like to reserve the golf cart. We will then add the fee and send you a separate payment request. At least a 7 day advance notice for reserving the golf cart is required. For photos of the golf cart, scroll to the end of the photos.
COUNTY GOLF CART REGS: Must be at least 16 years of age with a valid drivers license in order to drive a golf cart. No driving on Gulf Beach Drive and Franklin Boulevard, (although you can cross them), and no driving on the paved bike path that is parallel to Gulf Beach Drive.

If you need to cancel, we will provide a full refund 60 days or more prior to arrival. No refund within 60 days. Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended because you never know what unexpected life event could occur.
