Positive: The property was spacious, clean, and well-organized, with generously sized rooms and a well equipped kitchen. The app made communication with management company for arranging cleaning or check-in/check-out easy. We visited in late August; Walmart is just 5 minutes away, and leaving by 7:50 am, we reached Universal parks in 30 minutes. The location is excellent for accessing parks, restaurants, and outlets.
Negative: Some bedroom furniture needs replacing due to damage, and the pool lanai has several tears. The early check-out time could be adjusted to match other locations.
Summary: Family of 7 people from the UK, with a hired car visiting multiple parks and other attractions for 2
