Our lovely Davenport home is located in the safe and gated community of Cypress Pointe, 5 minutes from Champions Gate shopping and dining and less than 30 minutes from all Disney attractions.
The Space:

4 bathrooms, and two sofa beds the home is perfect for groups up to 10 people.
We offer High Speed WiFi, a phone for local calls, cable and SMART/Roku TVs in every room.
The fully equipped Game Room has a Pool Table, Table Tennis and Air Hockey, Foosball, Indoor hoop two player basketball and Darts along with several board game options making for great nights of family fun.
A high chair, crib and several pack and plays are also available.
Propane BBQ Grill is available free of charge. It's your responsibility to refill the propane tank and to clean the grill after use. Failure to clean the grill after use will incur a fee of $50 to the renter. Charcoal grills are NOT allowed as they can damage the patio and pool area.
Pool/jacuzzi heating is available for $35 per day. This service MUST be added on at time of booking and paid prior to check in. There is a 2-day minimum for pool heating.
Security Cameras: For your added peace of mind there are security cameras located at the front, back and side of the home.
