Summary: • Bar stools were broken and unsafe to sit in, management company replaced. • Bathroom faucet cold water will not fully turn off. • Hair dryer did not work, but management company replaced promptly. • Upstairs guests walking on floor are very loud. • Guests do not close front door, which is a security issue. • Light bulbs out in bathroom and over bar. • Toilet does not flush well. • Baseboard heater covers broken in many places.
