Upon entrance, the home has an open floor plan kitchen, living room, dining room, and a bedroom with two double beds. The bedroom has its own bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in closet.
The kitchen has a wrap-around counter for high stool seats and is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and equipment (toaster, blender, oven, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, pots/pants, Tupperware, kettle)
Looking further into the home, there is a kid's room that is space-themed, with a twin over full bunk bed and a pull-out trundle. Then, there is a laundry room + bathroom right next to the kid's room for usage.
The third bedroom is the master bedroom with a large king bed, ensuite bathroom with tv, shower, toilet, and walk-in closet.

The lanai features a poolside kitchen with a BBQ grill, tons of seating, tanning chairs, and pool toys. The pool is heated. This is one of the most scenic views in the area!
