Refinished hardwood floors in living area, kitchen and one bedroom. Newly tiled master bedroom and bath. Updated kitchen with all the amenities. Fenced backyard with grill, hammock and picnic table. Great restaurants, coffee shop, surf shops, entertainment and the pier within walking distance. All other shopping a very short drive. Two full bedrooms; one with king size bed one with two twin beds. Bathroom has tub/shower.
