Please note that this home may be equipped with Ring, Nest, or other exterior cameras that view the front door, driveways, pool equipment, and entrances/exits to backyard areas only. The cameras are intended only to keep the property safe and secure, monitor deliveries, and ensure occupancy, and are not intended to be used in areas where guests assume or expect privacy.

If you're looking for a party house, please DO NOT BOOK. This property is ideal for family vacations. Maximum 8 people, including children, and 4 cars parking in the driveway. No street parking available. Quiet hours (10 PM - 8 AM) must be observed.

Guest arrival information

It will be emailed 1 week prior to your arrival with the door code sent on the day of arrival approximately 1 hour prior to arrival.

Guests will have access to the entire house except for the garage and the owner's closet.

Other things to keep in mind

- For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located outside the house (front and side garages), but there is no interior camera to ensure the privacy of our guests.

- Our house has three levels. There are no bedrooms on the main floor.

- Safety features: fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, first aid kit

- The maximum capacity allowed at this property is 8 people, unless previously approved by Katie. An additional guest fee of $300 per night and $300 per guest over the age of 8 will be charged, and the stay may be terminated without refund.

- Parking for up to 4 cars. No street parking available.

- No pets allowed, please

- The pool is pre-programmed. Upon purchase, the pool heat is set at 85 degrees; however, if air temperatures drop below 70 degrees, it can affect the pool temperature, so unfortunately, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed. All temperatures are on, and the spa will shut off at 10 PM unless otherwise requested with approval.

NOTE: For the safety of our guests, each guest who enters the property at any time during their stay MUST be listed on the reservation. Please ensure you register the correct number of guests.

Uninformed guests who are not included in the official confirmation may put their stay at risk of early cancellation without a refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The Manager is not responsible for providing refunds due to circumstances beyond the Manager's control, such as travel interruptions, guest travel restrictions, work and school scheduling changes, etc. Weather, tropical storms, hurricane threats, environmental conditions such as red tide, construction, water or beach conditions cannot be guaranteed.

All cancellation requests must be initiated by the Registered Guest through the website where they booked and/or be in writing via email. Cancellation requests will not be accepted by phone, text message, or from a member of a party other than the primary registered guest.

100% REFUND WITHOUT PENALTY for reservations more than 30 days from arrival: If all or part of the reservation is canceled with an arrival date more than 30 days from arrival, a full 100% refund of all rental fees, taxes, and charges will be provided.

Services and common areas

Guests will have access to the entire house with the acceptance of anything specified by the owners and the back street which is gated and the gated area around our boat and garages.
