Welcome to "Sea Horsing Around"! This stunning new construction home boasts four bedrooms, four and half bathrooms, elevator, private pool on the second floor and hot tub. Located in the gated community of the Plantation "Sea Horsing Around" has access to the community amenities including two community pools, fitness center, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, bike paths and nature trails. The ground floor of the home features a covered entry into the foyer of the home with stairs and an elevator that services every floor. The second floor features an open concept kitchen, dining and living area over looking a screened in outdoor dining and kitchen area and the private pool located on the second floor. The large kitchen includes white Cafe Appliances including a large gas range in the kitchen island. The island seats four. The large dining table seats 10. The living area on this floor features comfortable seating large TV and views of the Gulf of Mexico. Directly off of the living area is a screened in covered outdoor dining and kitchen area. A six person outdoor table is accompanied by a large gas grill and sink. The stunning and unique private pool is located on this level over looking views of the Gulf. Also on this floor is a half bathroom, laundry room, and a master suite with king bed, ensuite bathroom that features a stunning stand alone tub, walk in shower, double vanity and separate water closet. The third floor features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a second living room. One bedroom features a king bed with ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk in shower. The second bedroom feature a double bunk bed with ensuite bathroom with a standard shower/tub combination. The third bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. The second living area features stunning views, a large sectional, large TV, mini fridge for beverages, small sink, two arcade style games, pool table and telescope. The arcade games include Pac Man, Asteroids, Major Havoc, Lunar Landing, and Tempest. A small deck is located off of the living area that features seating overlooking the private pool and Gulf of Mexico.
