You can feel your blood pressure drop as you enjoy this well cared for, renovated home. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a gourmet dinner or dine al fresco on the back covered porch. The pool and beach are steps away to relax and enjoy the St. Augustine Beach lifestyle like the locals. There is an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water to refresh yourself after a relaxing day at the beach with your family and also a BBQ grill. There is a stackable washer/dryer located off the kitchen for laundry items. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and 1/2 bath for added convenience while the 2nd bedroom has two twin size beds. Both bedrooms and living room have cable ready TV's and WiFi. Enjoy the benefits and privacy of a single family home and rear yard to relax!
