Summary: Our initial impression was a somewhat dated, but clean house with a very nice outdoor space. Within 5 minutes of walking in, our 1 year old was holding a "cockroach killer" bait trap she found on the floor. Unfortunately it was a sign of things to come. The roaches and giant spiders (one in particular the size of the palm of my hand) just kept coming throughout our stay! By our last night, we were scared to leave our kids sleeping in their pack n plays, not knowing what kind of critters might be crawling on them at night. Also, there were not nearly enough towels for the amount of people the house is able to accommodate. For example, there were only 2 towels and 2 wash cloths in the master bath for a 3 night stay. There is laundry in the garage, which alleviated the towel situation somewhat. The bedding seemed old and the pillows were kind of musty and very flat and lumpy. For comparison, would definitely find nicer linens and bedding at a hotel, so just be aware of that. The pool is very nice with a nice view of the water skiers. It was a fine place to stay, but because of the pests, I cannot give more than 2 stars.
