Welcome to the most beautiful home in Shock Hill! Absolutely gorgeous custom mountain modern home located in the prestigious neighborhood of Shock Hill in Breckenridge, CO. Shock Hill features a gondola stop within walking distance from the home that takes you direct to Peak 7, Peak 8 or down to town. Enjoy the gorgeous views over the Cucumber Gulch Nature Preserve as you ride the gondola to the slopes.
This rental is for the gorgeous two bedroom/two bath suite of this 8,000 sf. custom modern mountain home. Construction was completed in May 2019.
Suite is locked off and is completely separate from the main house. It features its own private entry, beautiful modern kitchen, living room, fireplace, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and single car garage with ski and snowboard racks.
Kitchen is a dream with Wolf appliances including Wolf double oven, Wolf range, dishwasher, and microwave. The countertop features all new snowy white Smeg appliances including coffeemaker, mixer, and toaster. There is a Vitamix blender. Kitchen features all the dinnerware, pots/pans and utensils needed to prepare your favorite meals.
Living room features absolute dreamy Restoration Hardware white CLOUD sofa for relaxation after a day skiing, snowboarding or summer hiking. Fireplace and 65" TV in living room.
Dining room features Restoration Hardware dining table and benches.
Master bedroom features beautiful Restoration Hardware Cal King Canopy bed with fresh white linens. 65" TV in master bedroom.
Second bedroom features Restoration Hardware queen bed with fresh white linens. 55" TV in second bedroom .
Private deck features two cool black Loll.com adirondack chairs and table.
The suite features all automated blinds and Control 4 music system. Stackable washer and dryer.
Guests may use the jacuzzi and circle of adirondack chairs in the back meadow of the main house. A gorgeous place to relax on a summer evening or soak in the jacuzzi after a day on the slopes.
Four guest MAXIMUM. This is strictly enforced. Guests violating policy will be immediately vacated from home. No parties, no pets, no smoking.
***Please note there will be ongoing construction of two new custom homes in the neighborhood. As of 2024 the majority of the construction is taking place inside the homes.
